Key Qualifications:
- Active Special Education (SPED) teaching license in Wisconsin
- Previous experience working within a school setting, especially with elementary age groups
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instruction to elementary students (grades K-5) with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with educational goals and guidelines

- Track and document student progress, assessing and adjusting instructional strategies as needed
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere, nurturing student confidence and engagement
- Participate in parent meetings, case conferences, and staff development activities as required
