Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-appropriate)
- Experience with early childhood or middle school students (depending on assignment)
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads (10-22 students)
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites or at a single location
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Provide instruction and support for students in PreK or 6th8th grade (based on assignment)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development
