Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and current Ohio Intervention Specialist license is required
  • Experience supporting students in one or more of the following levels: elementary, middle, or high school
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learner needs
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction to students with varying disabilities in accordance with their IEPs
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning goals
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning and assessment of student progress
