Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification is required.
• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist preferred.
• Experience supporting K-8 students with cross-categorical disabilities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to being onsite, creating a consistent presence for students and colleagues.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instructional support, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage actively with parents, staff, and administrators to foster a supportive educational environment.
• Track and report on student progress towards IEP goals.
• Maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom culture.
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required by the school.
