A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for a contract assignment supporting middle school students onsite in Dublin, OH. This role starts as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the academic and social needs of middle school students with special education requirements
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and administrators

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Special Education teaching license required
• Experience working with middle school age students in a special education setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and compassionately
