Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Special Education Teacher supporting Extended School Year (ESY) services. Play a critical role in helping elementary-aged students maintain progress and receive individualized support during the summer session. This part-time, onsite assignment unfolds in the scenic area near Drake, CO, with structured half-day sessions from 8:30 AM to noon, Monday through Thursday, between June 1 and June 25. You'll be collaborating with passionate educators and have direct impact during a focused, four-week timeframe.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid CDE SSP license required
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher in school settings preferred
• Passion for working with elementary students needing individualized support
• Strong communication and adaptability in a collaborative environment
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism with students

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students participating in ESY services
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to design supportive learning strategies
• Adapt and modify curricula as necessary to meet each student's IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
