Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Michigan Special Education Teaching license
  • Emotional Impairment (EI) endorsement is highly valued
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Design and implement individualized instruction tailored to each students unique needs
  • Collaborate with related service providers, support staff, and parents to enhance educational outcomes
  • Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and monitor progress
  • Develop and adapt lesson materials to ensure accessibility and engagement
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal requirements
  • Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development through targeted interventions
