Job Description

We are seeking a School Psychologist for a hybrid position in Dover, Delaware. This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site collaboration in schools, allowing you to support students academic, emotional, and behavioral success in a dynamic and balanced way.

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for students
  • Support the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation to teachers, families, and school staff
  • Deliver in-person and virtual counseling and intervention services
  • Assist in crisis response, behavior planning, and student support strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team and eligibility meetings

What Were Looking For:

  • Valid Delaware School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
  • Experience with assessments, IEP development, and special education processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working in both in-person and virtual environments
