Key responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to meet the needs of each student, following IEP guidelines and goals
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to develop and monitor strategies for student success
• Document and communicate student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Adapt materials and teaching methods to provide a supportive classroom environment
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to ensure best practices
