Make a difference every day by supporting 2nd and 3rd grade students with developmental delays or intellectual impairments in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with exceptional learners in a collaborative and supportive setting. The role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 25, 2026, with daily hours from 8:00AM to 2:30PM.

Desired Qualifications:

• An active Massachusetts license/certification for Moderate or Severe Disabilities
• Previous school-based experience required
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students, particularly those with developmental delays or intellectual impairments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Willingness to complete a CORI check and fingerprinting (a letter of suitability from a prior employer for fingerprints may be accepted)
• Ability to participate in a Zoom interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specially designed instruction and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for 2nd and 3rd grade students
• Collaborate with fellow educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement robust support strategies
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and modifications tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records and regularly report on student progress and goals
• Communicate effectively with families to support student success
