Key Qualifications:
- Valid Idaho Special Education Teaching License required
- Experience or passion for working with students in life skills programs

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs
- Teach and reinforce essential life skills, supporting student growth both academically and socially
- Work closely with other educators, therapists, and support staff to create cohesive educational strategies
- Assess student progress, adjust instruction, and maintain accurate documentation
- Engage with families to communicate progress and encourage ongoing support
