A school district in Denver is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a high school caseload. This full-time position offers the opportunity to help students achieve academic success through individualized instruction, accommodations, and collaborative educational planning.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Special Education License
- Knowledge of special education laws and IEP procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver special education services and accommodations
- Support student achievement and goal attainment
- Develop, review, and update IEPs
- Collaborate with families, administrators, and educators

Preferred Experience
- School-based special education experience
- Experience working with high school students
- Experience managing a resource or inclusion caseload
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education
- Active Colorado Special Education License
