Requirements for success:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Previous experience working with students who have a range of learning, emotional, or physical disabilities
- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
