This contract position, based onsite near Denver, CO, offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of exceptional learners in a rewarding, collaborative environment. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027, in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado Special Education Certificate required
• Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deep knowledge of federal and state special education laws and compliance procedures
• Ability to adapt instruction to a range of learning needs and styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Serve as a case manager for assigned students, ensuring compliance and documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to deliver effective instruction
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress reports
• Foster a supportive classroom climate where every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally
