What You'll Bring:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification/licensure in Colorado
• Proven experience working with K-12 students with exceptional needs
• In-depth understanding of IEP development, implementation, and monitoring
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and disabilities
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration with faculty, families, and external service providers

Your Role:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to students IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, school support staff, and families
• Employ evidence-based interventions and instructional techniques to foster student growth
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, assessments, and progress reports
• Foster a positive classroom environment that values equity, inclusion, and respect
