Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting

Responsibilities:

  • Design, adapt, and deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
  • Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning atmosphere that celebrates differences and encourages growth
  • Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and assess instructional effectiveness
  • Communicate frequently with parents and guardians on student progress and strategies for support
  • Partner with school administration and staff to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
