Qualifications & Experience:

• Current MD certification as a secondary Special Education Teacher is required.
• Experience supporting middle school students in a resource room or similar environment.
• Skilled in developing, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible, compassionate approach to teaching and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction aligned with each students IEP and academic goals.
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate developments with staff and families.
• Collaborate with general educators and support staff to enhance inclusion and student success.
