Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active TN Special Education License with 067 endorsement (required)
- Experience working with high school-aged students, especially grades 9-12
- Strong commitment to inclusive learning and individualized instruction
- Ability to manage a caseload of 15 students and collaborate with colleagues
- Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to work within new environments
Responsibilities:
- Serve in a CDC role supporting 9th-12th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with staff and families for student progress and support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state guidelines
- Participate in regular team meetings; receive guidance from district supervision
