Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active TN Special Education License with 067 endorsement (required)
• Experience working with high school-aged students, especially grades 9-12
• Strong commitment to inclusive learning and individualized instruction
• Ability to manage a caseload of 15 students and collaborate with colleagues
• Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to work within new environments

Responsibilities:

• Serve in a CDC role supporting 9th-12th grade students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with staff and families for student progress and support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state guidelines
• Participate in regular team meetings; receive guidance from district supervision
