Several positions are available, providing options to work in Inclusion, Self-Contained, and Behavior Unit classrooms within a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current Special Education (SPED) teaching license, verifiable through the state certification website
• Experience with elementary-aged learners across diverse ability levels
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside other educators, therapists, and support staff
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction individualized to students with varying learning, behavioral, and developmental needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teaching teams, administrators, families, and support personnel to ensure students academic and social-emotional growth
• Maintain accurate records on student progress and comply with required documentation
• Foster a supportive, structured classroom environment that enhances student participation and engagement
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as required
