Requirements for this position include:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) endorsement
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education settings
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Skilled in developing and adapting lesson plans for diverse learning needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with families and staff
- Must be able to work onsite, full-time throughout the contract period

- Partner with paraprofessionals to implement differentiated strategies and classroom management
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for student progress and compliance
