Working 20 hours per week4 hours each morningyoull have the unique opportunity to truly connect with and impact a manageable caseload of 19 students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credentials (state-issued certification required)
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capacity to craft and adapt individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students strengths and areas for growth
• Deliver direct, specialized instruction in alignment with curriculum and student goals
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity and achievement
• Monitor, document, and report student progress, adjusting approaches as needed
• Coordinate effectively with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student needs are met
• Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to a collaborative school community
