Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) for high school level in Michigan
- Previous experience working with high school-aged students in a special education setting

- Proven ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs
- Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and compliance
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to a caseload of 19 students, focusing on individual learning goals
- Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Administer assessments and utilize data to inform instructional decisions
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote student inclusion and success
