Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license required
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse needs
• Provide instruction and support in accordance with each students IEP
• Assess student progress and modify educational strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, parents, and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal special education guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
