Job Description

This contract position empowers you to make a direct impact by assisting administration, streamlining operations, and supporting families with everything from enrollment to day-to-day inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming, organized front office that aligns with the schools mission and values.
  • Greet families and visitors with professionalism and care.
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and front office inquiriesacting as the first point of contact for students, families, and community members.
  • Provide robust administrative support to school leadership, including managing schedules, communications, and documentation.
  • Assist with mailing, uploading report cards, and maintaining student and family records.
  • Administer basic first aid and coordinate communication for student health concerns.
  • Oversee student enrollment processes, from applications to records management and withdrawals.
  • Support material and purchasing requests, tracking inventory and school needs.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance regarding immunization and student files.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and office staff to ensure seamless communication and enrollment for new families.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 2 years experience in administrative roles, ideally in a school or urban community setting.
  • Fluent Spanish speaker (required).
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service and the ability to uphold school policies.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Confident working in fast-paced, structured environments.
  • Proficient with systems and able to streamline office processes for greater efficiency.
