• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Communicate regularly with families about student development and strategies for support
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing teacher training
