Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students within special education environments preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to adapt instruction to meet student needs
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage effective IEPs for students with varying needs
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to both individuals and small groups
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Monitor and document student growth, adjusting interventions and strategies as necessary
• Advocate for student needs within the school community and maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines
