Key Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license required
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs for high school students
- Strong commitment to supporting students facing academic and personal challenges
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a small-school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to coordinate classroom strategies and accommodations
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Contribute to dropout prevention and credit recovery initiatives
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
