Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license required
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for high school students
• Strong commitment to supporting students facing academic and personal challenges

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a small-school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to coordinate classroom strategies and accommodations
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Contribute to dropout prevention and credit recovery initiatives
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
