  • Adapt lesson content and delivery for diverse learner needs
  • Provide physical and educational support as needed
  • Maintain consistent communication with families, district staff, and support personnel
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development
  • Foster a classroom culture of respect, safety, and inclusivity
