A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Crested Butte, CO, serving an elementary caseload with high needs students. This contract role begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year, ideal for educators passionate about making a meaningful impact in special education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to elementary students with special needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students specific requirements
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to enhance student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
