Position Highlights:

  • In-person school-based position in Penacook, NH
  • Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs, accommodations, and individualized instructional strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to support academic growth
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff
  • Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in a structured school environment

Qualifications:

  • Valid New Hampshire Special Education teaching certification/license required
  • Previous school-based special education experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping students with diverse learning needs succeed
