Seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers with current New Hampshire licensure for a contract position for the 2026/2027 school year! Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching license for the state of New Hampshire
- Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to implement individualized instructional strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and the skills to engage a diverse student population
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Modify curriculum to meet the unique academic and behavioral needs of each student
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
- Provide direct support and instruction to students, individually and in small groups
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based intervention teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure ongoing communication with all stakeholders
