Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification required.
- Experience working with grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12 students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet individual student goals.
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction based on IEPs for students across multiple grade levels.
- Collect and analyze student performance data to monitor growth and adjust teaching methods.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive educational experiences.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that champions student success.
