Providing specialized educational support in a K-8 setting, this contract position focuses on delivering individualized instruction and case management for students with special needs. Located in Pittsfield, NH, this full-time role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dedicated school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Serve as a case manager, coordinating services and communication among students, parents, and educational staff.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom environments.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with special education regulations and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification.

Employment Details:
