Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Special Education certification required
- Experience supporting students with a variety of disabilities preferred
- Ability to work on site full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM3:30 PM
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to individualized education and student growth
Responsibilities:
- Manage a cross-categorical caseload of 16 K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with service providers, families, and administrators
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
- Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
