Key Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)

- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaborative skills

- Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs and backgrounds
- A commitment to inclusivity and student advocacy
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with varying abilities
- Develop and revise IEPs in collaboration with parents, support staff, and administrators
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain organized records and adhere to all compliance requirements
- Collaborate with general education staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student goals and achievements
- Participate in professional development to stay abreast of best practices in special education
