- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt lessons and teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective, individualized instructional plans for students with special needs, ensuring alignment with educational goals and legal requirements
- Create a nurturing, positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student learning, confidence, and independence

- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent progress and communication
- Track and report student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to optimize student outcomes
