Key Qualifications:

• Active Special Education teaching certification required (no emergency certificates)
• Proven experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong classroom management skills and a knack for effective communication
• Ability to tailor lessons and strategies to meet each students unique needs
• Solid organizational skills to handle documentation and progress monitoring

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction onsite and differentiate lessons for students with varied learning styles and abilities
• Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to drive student success
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with special education laws and policies
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive classroom environment
