Location: Fort Carson, Colorado area
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
School Year: August 2026 - June 2027
Openings Available: 2 Positions (1 Elementary, 1 High School)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized instruction and support for students with disabilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) License required
  • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and special education best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting student growth and success
