This position offers an opportunity to work as a Special Education Teacher serving schools in the Colorado Springs, CO area with travel involved to various school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Adapt general education curriculum to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to support student success.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state special education regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.

• Ability to travel between multiple school locations within the Colorado Springs region.
