Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Special Education certification valid in Colorado
- Previous experience working with students in a special education setting
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of a range of instructional methods and behavioral interventions
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach to working with families, staff, and service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver lessons tailored to each students unique learning profile
- Monitor and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
