In this contract opportunity, youll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Teacher, supporting students across a wide range of grade levels from early childhood and kindergarten up through high school. Help nurture learners in Pre-K, elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) settings, fostering growth in academic and life skillsincluding math and other fundamental subjects. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching credential in Special Education
• Experience working with students in various grade levels, preferably Pre-K through 12th grade
• Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
• Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Comfort with a range of subjects, particularly mathematics
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with parents, staff, and students
• Adaptability to work with diverse learning needs and styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to meet each students IEP goals
• Support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
• Adapt lesson plans to accommodate various learning abilities across all grade levels
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
• Track student progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with parents and school teams
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every student feels empowered
