Qualifications:

  • NYS Certification in Special Education or Students with Disabilities Birth to Grade 2 (Required)
  • Candidates working toward certification may be considered for a Substitute Special Education Teacher role

Role Details:

  • Weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8 am 3 pm
  • Support integrated and self-contained preschool classrooms (ages 3-5)
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
