Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio SPED Teaching Certification
- Experience with K-3 preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Assess and document student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
