Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans for students with special needs
• Deliver engaging instruction in accordance with students' unique educational requirements
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related services providers, and administration
• Assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and accessible classroom environment
• Support students academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development
