Job Description

A K-12 school in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a skilled Special Education Teacher to provide instructional support and specialized educational services for students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification required
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a special education capacity preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal special education laws and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior and differentiate instruction effectively

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Location: Cleveland, Ohio
  • Workweek: 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Student age group: Kindergarten through 12th grade
