Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Valid teaching credential or certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students across multiple grade levels preferred (Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and High School)
• Strong background in differentiating instruction, especially for Math and core academic subjects
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Creative problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with learners and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct instructional support in both general and special education settings
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to ensure all learners make meaningful progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations
