A well-established district is looking for enthusiastic Special Education Teachers available for a short-term contract in July. This is an excellent opportunity for educators passionate about delivering high-quality instruction during Extended School Year (ESY) services.
Assignment Details:
- Duration: July 6th July 31st
- Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Multiple openings available; three Special Education Teachers will be hired for this period.
- Caseload details to be provided soon.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (state or eligible for reciprocity)
- Prior experience working in a school setting is required
- Expertise supporting a diverse range of learning and behavioral needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to various caseloads
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to each students IEP goals
- Collaborate with related service providers and general education staff to coordinate services
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student progress
- Contribute to a positive and engaging ESY classroom experience
