Key Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured environment
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented during busy or challenging moments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, mission-aligned welcome to students, families, and visitors
  • Answer calls, manage schedules, and support the administrative team with daily operations
  • Maintain accurate student records, enrollment waitlists, and compliance with immunization and admissions requirements
  • Support student enrollment, communication, and records transfers
  • Guide families through school processes and keep them informed through various platforms
  • Assist with purchasing materials, tracking receipts, and supporting human resources documentation
