Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Ohio Intervention Specialist license
• Previous experience in a Special Education setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt instructional methods for students with diverse learning needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Ability to establish rapport with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Adapt curriculum and modify lessons based on student needs and learning goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and meet compliance requirements
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Provide direct instruction and support across various subjects and grade levels
