A contract position is available for a School Based Special Education Teacher in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves working within a K-12 school setting, providing tailored educational support to students with special needs. The position requires full-time commitment, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience in special education techniques and strategies for K-12 students
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with disabilities, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes according to school and state guidelines
